Belagavi: Amit Shah visits Suresh Angadi’s residence

Belagavi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday visited “Spoorthi,” the residence of the late Union Minister of State for Railways Suresh Angadi.

“Suresh Angadi was a good person. I too was admitted along with him in the Intensive Care Unit at the same hospital. His demise has brought great loss,” Shah said.

Shah met Suresh Angadi’s wife Mangala Angadi, daughters Spoorthi and Shraddha, sons-in-law Dr Rahul Patil and Sankalpa Shettar, younger brother Mohan Angadi. He consoled them and said that they receive strength to endure this grief.

Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa, Bharatiya Janata Party State in-charge Arun Singh, State president Nalin Kumar Kateel, Large and Medium Industries Minister Jagadish Shettar and MLA Anil Benake were also present during the visit.
