Belthangady: 43-year-old forest watcher commits suicide

Belthangady: A 43-year-old forest watcher has committed suicide by hanging himself on Thursday, June 3.
The deceased has been identified as Balakrishna Gowda, a resident of Pallidalike Gerukatte, Kaliya village. He was working as a forest watcher in Beltangady for 15 years.
It is said that Balakrishna got married six months ago. The reason behind his death is yet to be ascertained.
A case has been registered at Beltangady police station.
