Belthangady ACB raid: PDO caught red-handed while accepting bribe

Belthangady: Sleuths of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, on Monday, raided the office of Maladi Panchayat Development Officer (PDO) of Maladi. The PDO Ravi was caught red-handed while accepting a bribe for issuing property-related documents.

The raid took place when PDO Ravi was accepting Rs 15,000 as a bribe for issuing 9/11 documents for a property of a villager.

ACB Inspectors Gururaj and Shyam Sundar, DySP KC Prakash, and other personnel were in the raid team.

Meanwhile, Ravi has been taken into custody for questioning related to the bribe.
