Bengaluru: 2 drug peddlers arrested by CCB

Bengaluru: Two alleged drug peddlers were arrested by the Central Crime Branch (CCB) on Friday, September 18.
Sandeep Patil, Joint commissioner, CCB stated that LSD (Lysergic acid diethylamide) and marijuana-laced jelly and ecstasy tablets were recovered from them. Further investigations are ongoing
He did not specify the amount of illegal drugs recovered from their possession.
On Thursday too the CCB had recovered 90 kilograms of marijuana worth Rs 50 lakhs from drug peddlers in the city.
