Bengaluru drugs racket: Ragini changed her phone; erased data from old phone

Bengaluru: On Friday, September 4 when CCB officials with the search warrant reached Sandalwood actress Ragini Dwivedi’s house and started searching their house, they found out that the phone with Ragini was new.

According to reports, Ragini changed her phone immediately after Ravishankar was arrested. It is also claimed that she deleted all data from her old phone including the chats with drug peddlers and Ravishankar.

Ragini was later taken to the police station by CCB officials and arrested after taking her statement.

CCB has till now arrested an African individual related to the case.

Sandeep Patil, CCB joint commissioner, stated that many things related to Ragini’s drug link were seized from her house which has been sent for forensic testing. He did not reveal the charges on which Ragini was arrested.
