Bengaluru: Extended real estate guideline rates expected to boost property registrationsWith the recent revision in the real estate guideline rates, it is anticipated that the number of property registrations will see a surge by the end of this month.
To accommodate this anticipated increase in property transactions, all state sub-registrar offices will extend their working hours, operating from 8 am to 8 pm until from september 23 to 30.
Additionally, it has been announced that the Sub-Registrar Offices, will remain operational even on the fourth Saturday. Inspector General of Registration and Commissioner of Stamps, BR. Mamata, made this announcement, signaling the government’s commitment to facilitating smoother property transactions.
