Bengaluru: A financier was hacked to death by a gang of armed men in public view under the Namma Metro station opposite Banashankari temple gate.
The deceased has been identified as Madan aka Madhu, a resident of Lakkasandra, near Wilson Garden.
The incident took place when stopped his car and got down to purchase vegetables near Banashankari temple.
When Madan was about to board his vehicle six persons attacked him with machetes and other sharp weapons.
Local police have registered a case with regard.
