Bengaluru police book One8 Commune pub owned by Virat Kohli!

Bengaluru: The Bengaluru police have filed an FIR against One8 Commune pub, owned by star cricketer Virat Kohli, along with several other establishments on MG Road, for operating past the allowed hours.
According to reports these pubs were found open until 1:30 AM, exceeding the permitted closing time of 1 AM.
Complaints regarding loud music being played late at night were made. The One8 Commune pub, situated near the Chinnaswamy cricket stadium, was among the establishments cited for this infraction.
One8 Commune, cowned by Virat Kohli, also has branches in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, and Kolkata. The Bengaluru outlet, located on the sixth floor of Ratnam’s Complex, opened in December 2023.
Previously, the One8 Commune chain faced controversy when a man from Tamil Nadu shared a video on X (formerly Twitter), alleging he was denied entry into the Mumbai branch for wearing a “veshti”.
