Bengaluru: Popular Kannada RJ Rachana no more!

Bengaluru: Popular Radio Jokey Rachana, who had enthralled thousands of listeners, died of a heart attack on Tuesday.

As per sources, 35-year-old Rachana suffered a cardiac arrest at the apartment in JP City. she was rushed to a hospital but passed away without responding to treatment.

Her mortal remains have been taken to her parent’s residence in Chamarajpete, sources added.

Rachana rose to the limelight after playing the role of Rakshit Shetty’s sister in the Kannada movie ‘Simple Agi Ondh Love Story’. After a successful stint as a popular RJ at Radio Mirchi, Rachana had taken a break from her work three years ago.

The sudden demise of Rachana has shocked her listeners, who were mesmerized by her sweet voice.
