Bengaluru: Prostitution racket busted; Uganda national arrested

Bengaluru: The Women’s Protection Wing of the Central Crime Branch (CCB) arrested a woman who was allegedly running a prostitution racket in Devarabeesanahalli, Bengaluru.
The arrested accused has been identified as Nammudu Bridget, an Uganda national. It is said that the woman was running the prostitution racket using a 22-year-old woman from Uganda. She was also supplying drugs to the customers.
The CCB officials raided Bridget’s house after they received a tip-off about the prostitution racket.
Officials have recovered 42 grams of marijuana, OCB slim premium rolling papers, a used condom, seven unused condoms and six mobile phones from the house.
