Bengaluru Rameshwaram cafe blast; High alert in coastal areas

In response to the recent bomb blast incident at a cafe in Bangalore, security forces have intensified their search of the suspected perpetrators. The coast guard police have been placed on high alert along the coastline as part of these efforts.
A surveillance operation is underway, focusing on boats and rented properties near the shore. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has issued a public appeal for information leading to the apprehension of the suspects and has instructed all security agencies to maintain heightened vigilance.
Drawing parallels with past incidents such as the Mumbai attacks, where terrorists arrived via boat, authorities are particularly attentive to the possibility of the suspects utilizing water routes. As a result, stringent monitoring measures are being implemented to prevent any potential infiltration.
Additionally, attention is being directed towards outsourced workers, with authorities scrutinizing information to identify any suspicious individuals. Specifically, efforts are being made to ascertain whether any unknown persons have recently operated as fishermen on local boats.
