Bengaluru Rameshwaram cafe blast: NIA team in Bellary in pursuit of leads

A team from the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has reached Bellary in pursuit of leads regarding a suspected terrorist linked to the recent Rameshwaram cafe blast in Bengaluru.
The team, supported by the local police forces of Bellary and Tumkur, commenced its investigation at the Bellary bus stand, where crucial information was obtained.
According to sources, the suspect in question had reportedly traveled to Bellary via Tumkur following the incident. It is believed that he then proceeded to Bhatkal, boarding a Mantralaya-Gokarna bus from the Bellary bus station. In light of these developments, the NIA team focused its attention on the Bellary station, conducting a thorough inspection as part of their ongoing probe.
The investigative efforts saw the deployment of more than ten officers from Bengaluru, arriving in two vehicles to bolster the operation. Key information was gleaned at Bellary station, shedding light on the movements of the suspected individual within the region.
