As per the police Sebastian used to do odd jobs for a living and at times he would resort to robbery, mostly targeting footpath dwellers.

In the melee, Sebastian picked a brick and kept hitting Satish on his head till he died.

Sebastian later fled the scene with Sathish’s phone and Rs 500 cash. He was arrested by the police based on the testimony of a witness who had noticed a teenager kicking Sathish around 11 pm on February 23.
