Bengaluru: Three killed, 2 injured in blast

Bengaluru: Three persons were killed and two others suffered injuries in a blast that took place in a transport godown in Bengaluru on Thursday afternoon. The injured have been taken to Victoria Hospital.
Initially, it was suspected that it was a cylinder blast but the exact cause of the blast is to be ascertained.
A passerby alerted the fire and emergency officials about the blast fire tenders were rushed to the spot. Witnesses said that the tremors resulting due to the blast were felt in the buildings located 100 meters away from the site.
It is gathered that a firecracker consignment was stored in the godown.
