Bengaluru: Two snatchers held for targeting lone women

Bengaluru: Police officials have arrested two persons in connection with recent theft cases targeting lone women in Bengaluru.
The arrested accused have been identified as Syed Nazeem alias Dhani (23) and Syed Ali (26).
Thefts targeting lone women had caused fear in the city for the last few months. The accused would allegedly steal mobile, cash, and gold from the accused.
They would often target morning walkers and snatch their belongings. The duo also stole several two-wheelers parked in front of the houses.
Police officials have seized 6 two-wheelers, and 5 mobile phones worth Rs 5.95 lakh.
