Shivamogga: The police on Tuesday, August 16, arrested accused Mubarak alias “Dicchi” Mubarak, in relation to the alleged attack on Bajrang Dal activist Sunil.
Earlier, a case was filed at the Bhadravati Old Town Police Station regarding the alleged attack on Sunil, a resident of Nehru Nagar.
It can be recalled that on Monday, August 15, amid prohibitory orders following clashes between two communities, accused Mubarak had allegedly assaulted Sunil.
The victim is currently under treatment at Bhadravati Government Hospital.
