Actor Pearl V Puri, who was booked under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act for alleged rape and molestation of a minor girl was granted bail on June 15.
The news of the actors’ release on bail has however angered followers of Asaram Bapu who remains in prison on accusations of raping a minor in the year 2013.
Netizens, especially Asaram’s devotees accused the court of bias after Pearl Puri was granted bail in 11 days for a case booked under POSCO Act while Asaram’s bail pleas have been rejected.
Some went on to question the judicial system of the country.

Sant Shri Asharamji Bapu ने हमेशा कहा
“सबका मंगल , सबका भला “
⭐️९ बीमारियाँ
⭐️ POCSO Act
#पक्षपाती_न्याय https://t.co/XW4lHq9AD2 pic.twitter.com/MebzHNwjAR— Mayuri Purswani (@mayuri_purswani) June 17, 2021
Actor Pearl V Puri gets Bail in rape case that too booked under POSCO Act and under same case, Innocent Sant Shri Asharamji Bapu has never got any Bail or parole in last 8 years. This is very biased legal decision under POSCO Act.#पक्षपाती_न्याय#thursdaymorning pic.twitter.com/cSSI3BPKOP

Sant Shri Asharamji Bapu is suffering from many different types of disease and he didn't get bail since 8 years but many actors and criminals get easily POCSO Act#पक्षपाती_न्याय pic.twitter.com/dymGvFFkfr

Actor Pearl Puri, who has been booked under POCSO Act, gets bail only after 11 days of judicial custody. Whereas, bail for Sant Shri Asharamji Bapu has been denied consecutively. Is the law same for everyone? Why judiciary is partial?#पक्षपाती_न्याय pic.twitter.com/zddiAasonE

Judiciary show his dual face.
Why is the judiciary strict towards saints and very soft towards and politicians, actors ?If anyone has doubts, then see the example of Sant Shri Asharamji Bapu and Actor Pearl V Puri.
