Bidar man, daughter killed in road accident in US

Bengaluru: A father and daughter hailing from Bidar died in Columbus after the car they were travelling in collided with a tanker.

The deceased are identified as Mukesh Shivajirao Deshmukh and his 2-year-old daughter Divya.

Mukesh, a native of Bidar was working as a software engineer in the US and was residing with his family.

As per the sources, Mukesh’s Ford car crashed with a tanker when the family was on their way to a beach.

Mukesh Shivajirao Deshmukh, who was on the wheels, died on the spot, while his daughter Divya died while being taken to a hospital.

However, Mukesh’s wife Monika who had sustained injuries in the accident is out of danger, informed sources.
