Bidar: Teacher’s privates chopped off; gruesomely murdered

Bidar: A primary school teacher was found brutally murdered with his private parts chopped off in Aurad town here. The gruesome murder has shocked the local residents.

The victim identified as Vijayakumar Tilekar (45)  was a teacher at the Government Primary School in Karanji village in Aurad taluk. Tilekar was a native of Halbarga village in Bhalki taluk and lived in a rented house in Leadkar Colony in Aurad, sources said.

The lifeless body of the teacher was found near a Raitha Samparka Kendra on Bidar-Nanded road. The person behind the killing or the reason for it can only be ascertained by the police investigation.

Senior officials including Superintendent of Police D.L. Nagesh visited the spot and carried out inspections. A case has been registered at the Aurad Police Station.
