Bihar: A FIR has been filed against former India captain MS Dhoni and seven others in Bihar’s Begusarai in connection with the bounced check by New Global Produce India Limited.

The FIR was filed by SK Enterprises in Begusarai’s CJM’s court, alleging that a cheque worth Rs 30 lakhs which they received from ‘New Global Produce India Limited’ got bounced.

Dhoni’s name was mentioned in the FIR because he had promoted the New Global Produce India Limited

After hearing the matter on Monday, the said court has sent the case to Judicial Magistrate Ajay Kumar Mishra, wherein the next hearing of the case will take place on June 28.
