Bijapur: 25 students hospitalised due to suspected food poisoning

As many as 25 students of a government school have been hospitalized as they took ill after eating the morning breakfast.
The incident took place at Kasturba Gandhi Girls Residential School in Tadavalaga in Bijapur’s Indi Taluk.
On Tuesday morning, the students began vomiting after consuming breakfast due to suspected food poisoning.
The students were immediately rushed to the hospital. Upon hearing of the news, the parents of the students rushed to the hospital.
Indi Taluk Block Education Officer Vasantha Rathod visited the hospital to inquire about the students’ health.
