Bike-Truck head on collision; two dead

Kasargod: In a tragic incident, two friends lost their lives when a lorry hit a bullet head on National Highway at Chowki Kallangai on Thursday.

The deceased are identified as M P Lukachhan (53) and Vijayan (38), natives of Kundapur, residing in Bheemanady area.

The two had been to their native, Kundapura and were on their way back to Bheemanady when the accident took place.

Their bodies have been shifted to Kasargod General Hospital mortuary.

Kasargod traffic police have registered a case.
