BJP activist’s missing body found

Bantwal: The body of Ramesh Gowda (45), an active BJP worker, who had disappeared all of a sudden eight days back, was found near Padimugeru AMR Dam at Shamboor village here on Sunday evening June 10th.
G Anand, taluk office employee, BJP leaders, Sadashiva Kaikamba, Sundar, Chandrashekhar and Sheetal visited the spot and conducted enquires. It is suspected that Ramesh would have accidentally slipped and drowned in water when taking bath.
Ramesh Gowda is survived by wife and two children. Bantwal rural police have registered a case on unnatural death.
