Bengaluru: State JP delegation including Jagadish Shettar, Basavraj Bommai, Arvind Limbavali reached Delhi on Thursday morning.

The delegation will meet Home Minister Amit Shah and party working President JP Nadda later in the day and is expected to discuss the future course of action to form the government in Karnataka.

Addressing pressperson Jagadish Shettar said, ” We are here to discuss the political scenario, what is happening and everything, with our national president Amit Shah Ji.”

Meanwhile, another BJP leader Arvind Limbavali said, “You know the situation of Karnataka. The new government has to come. The earlier government has lost the majority and they have given the resignation. We are meeting the BJP leaders to take the readers. We will take their advice on how to go further. Regarding that, our delegation is here.”

The Congress-JD(S) coalition government in Karnataka headed by Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy collapsed on Monday night capping a 14-month long turbulent tenure, losing a vote of confidence in the Assembly, setting the stage for the BJP’s return to power in the southern state.
