BJP candidates finalised for council election

Bengaluru: For the five seats in Legislative Council for which it is qualified, BJP has finalised candidates on the night of Wednesday May 30.
Current MLC Raghunathrao Malkapure, state general secretary of the party N Ravikumar, former MP Tejaswini Gowda, state VP of the party K P Nanjundi, and Shivamogga region BJP president, Rudre Gowda, are the five candidates picked by the party. Every one of them will get chose as BJP is guaranteed of five seats.
Among them, Malkapure, who has a place with Kuruba people group and hails from Bidar region happens to be the just a single to motivate chance to enter the committee once more. He likewise has close association with Sangh Parivar. All the others are new contestants.
Ravikumar, who was all India leader of Akhil Bharathiya Vidyarthi Parishad involved with organization of the party since the last two years. Tejaswini Gowda is a former Congress MP and joint spokesperson of the party.
