BJP MLA from Bengaluru dies of heart attack.

Bengaluru: BJP MLA from Jayanagar, B.N.Vijay Kumar, died of a cardiac arrest in the early hours of Friday at the Jayadeva Institute of Cardiology in Bengaluru.  He was 60 years old.

Mr.Vijay Kumar is a two-time MLA from Jayanagar, who was seeking re-election this time. He collapsed on Thursday evening during his election campaign, after which he was admitted to the Jayadeva Institute of Cardiology. He breathed his last at 1 a.m. on Friday.

Kumar was a civil engineering graduate, famous for his simple lifestyle and down-to-earth attitude. His last rites will be performed this evening.
