BJP MLA MP Renukacharya’s nephew found dead

Davangere: Honnalli MLA MP Renukacharya’s nephew Chandrashekhar who had gone missing was found dead inside his car at Tunga canal near Kadakatte village in Honnali taluk of Davanagere district.

Locals spotted the car in the canal and informed the police. The car was removed using a crane and Chandrashekhar’s body was found inside the vehicle.

Renukacharya who reached the spot along with the police officials was inconsolable.

Chandrashekar had left his house on October 30 saying he was going to Shivamogga in his car. However, on Monday morning his phone was switched off.

On November 1, his family members registered a missing complaint.
