BJP mocks state Congress, terms it ‘double steering government’

The Karnataka BJP on Thursday termed the Congress party in the state as a double steering government.
In a series of tweets, the BJP wrote, “The Congress speculated about Chief Minister Bommai being replaced through its official Twitter handle.
However, Leader of Opposition Siddaramaiah denied this. Is any other example needed to call Congress a double steering party?”
Further, they took a dig at DK Shivakumar over the fallout of the Congress-JDS alliance government, saying that the former had strongly maintained that their alliance was not weak-rooted.
In yet another tweet the saffron party took a dig at the two Congress stalwarts saying that since Rahul Gandhi participated in the Siddaramotsava, DK Shivakumar invited Priyanka Gandhi for the Freedom Walk. A tug of war has already begun. This is a clear example of double steering government
