BJP state prez makes faux pas, says he toured 32 districts in K’taka

Bengaluru: State BJP chief Nalin Kuma Kateel on Thursday made a faux pas, stating that he has toured 32 districts in the Karnataka though there are only 30 districts in the state.

Addressing media he said, “I have already toured 31 districts and reached the 32nd Yadagir district today.”

Following Nalin’s statement, the Karnataka Congress’s official handle tweeted, “Nalin Kumar Kateel is the 32 districts in Karnataka? The sad part is that a person who does not know the exact number of the districts in the Karnataka is the BJP state president. Please go and check out primary school textbooks to know the exact number.”
