BJP to hold Gram Swaraj conventions across the state from Nov 27

Udupi: Ahead of gram panchayat elections, the state BJP will hold Grama Swaraj conventions across the State from November 27, said Suresh Nayak Kuyiladi, BJP district president

Speaking at the Press Conference, he said, “The first convention will be held at Kundapur and will be  inaugurated by the state BJP president Nalin Kumar Kateel”

“Also, conventions related to Udupi rural, Kundapur and Byndoor mandalas will be held at 11 am at Saraswati Kalyana Mantapa of Koteshwar and the other conventions related to Udupi city, Kaup and Karkala mandalas will be held at 3 pm at Amrit Garden near Sri Laxmi Venkatesha temple, Ambagilu-Puttur Udupi,” he added

From November 27 to December 3, six teams, each headed by state BJP president Nalin Kumar Kateel and ministers Jagadish Shettar, Laxman Savadi, R Ashoka, Govind Karajol and K S Eshwarappa, will spread out across the state and hold conventions.

The teams will explain to the people various schemes and projects announced and implemented by State and Union governments.
