BJP will claim the government, will request the governor for time tomorrow: BSY

Bengaluru: In spite of the Congress’ uniting together with the Janata Dal {Secular), which will give them the essential lion’s share in the Karnataka Assembly to frame their governemnt, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) pioneer B.S. Yeddyurappa, on Wednesday, proposed his party will claim to shape the government. 

Yedyurappa said “During the legislature party meeting, the leader will be elected. From that point we will go to Raj Bhavan instantly. We will claim to frame the government. Most presumably we will request that the Governor give us time tomorrow,”

Human Resource Development Minister Prakash Javadekar likewise objected the Congress-JD(S) union, saying that the general population of Karnataka needed a BJP government in the state. 

“Individuals need a BJP government and we will make it. Anybody can make unnatural pressures, however individuals of Karnataka are with us. In the wake of meeting, we will make essential strides. This attempt made by Congress to make an indirect entry isn’t valued,” he said. 

Sharing his musings on the alliance, BJP pioneer D.V. Sadananda Gowda stated, “We are the single biggest party. You have perceived how the Congress and the JD-S were fighting, a half year back. Presently, they want to join up and make government.” 

The BJP had risen as the party got 104 seats. In any case, they missed the mark concerning crossing the 112-seats stamp required to frame the government. 

The Congress, with 78 seats, was in the second position. Former Prime Minister H.D. Deve Gowda-drove JD(S) party was in third with 37 seats. 

In spite of not earning most of the seats, the Congress aligned with the JD-S, offering H. D. Kumaraswamy the Chief Minister seat, which was acknowledged by them. The organization together now has enough seats to guarantee a greater part stake in the Assembly seats and frame the government. 

However, an official choice on the issue will be taken by the Karnataka Governor, Vajubhai Rudabhai Vala.
