BJP will retain 16 sitting MP’s: BSY

Bengaluru:  The state BJP unit president and opposition party leader BS Yeddyurappa on Wednesday asserted that BJP party will be retaining 16 sitting MP’s.

Addressing pressperson Yeddyurappa said that16 sitting MP’s including Shoba Karandlaje will be retained by the party. The candidates’ list for the remaining constituency will be announced soon.

Hinting that there are few more MLA’s of Congress and JDS interested in be joining BJP soon he said, ” within three to four days people will know the truth, just wait and watch till then.” 

Meanwhile, Shobha Karandlaje has started the groundwork for the Lok Sabha poll in Chikkamagaluru district, despite some leaders being unhappy with her, informed sources.
