Black to White Money Racket: Police Arrest 6, Seize Rs 2.80 Cash in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: Bengaluru city police have seized Rs 2.80 crore cash and arrested 6 persons including a lawyer and an engineer on Friday for exchanging banned currency notes in the denomination of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 with new currency notes. The arrested have been identified as Dinesh, Munireddy, Bhanuji J, R Harish, Chandrashekhar M and Dinesh G. The police also seized an auto rickshaw and a motorcycle from the accused.
