B’luru: Biker dies after falling off flyover at Electronic City

Bengaluru: In a ghastly road accident, a bike rider was killed on the spot after falling off a flyover near Skywalk in Electronic City here on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Kore Nagarjuna (33), a native of Andhra Pradesh.
According to a complaint registered at the Electronic City police station, speeding and careless driving are claimed to be the cause of the accident.
The motorbike was moving towards Electronic City from Silk Board on the elevated flyover at high speed at the time of the mishap. The bike hit the retaining wall, as a result of which Nagarjuna was thrown onto the Hosur Main Road passing below.
Due to the impact, he died on the spot, sources said.
Electronic City traffic police station have taken up the investigation into the mishap.
