Bengaluru: Three persons, including the son of a former minister Rudrappa Lamani, have been arrested by the police in connection with the drugs case.

Darshan Lamani, son of Rudrappa Lamani, has been arrested for allegedly harbouring drug peddlers.

Central Crime Branch police officials had arrested one Sujay in a raid at Chamarajpet on November 4 in connection with the procurement of drugs through dark web websites which were sent as parcels to the Foreign Post Office from abroad.

When Sujay was interrogated, he revealed the names of two others – Hemant and Suneesh.

Police learnt that Hemant and Suneesh are in Goa. When the police reached Goa to catch the two, they also found Darshan with them and arrested him as well.
