B’luru man offers lift to woman, seeks kiss in return

Bengaluru: A woman has filed a case against a middle-aged man who allegedly offered her a lift and sought a kiss in return.

In the complaint, filed with HAL police, the victim, a 24-year-old bank employee said that she had alighted at the HAL bus stop at around 10.40 pm and was on her way home when the man offered to give her a lift on his his two-wheeler. She refused initially but as the man insisted on dropping her she finally accepted his offer. The man, however, stopped his two-wheeler at an isolated place and demanded a kiss from her. The woman shouted for help whereafter the man rode away.

The woman has said that the man was employed with a software company from the identification tag he held.

HAL police are trying to identify the suspect from CCTV footage in the vicinity.
