Bengaluru: Finding a home for rent in Bengaluru is becoming quite a difficult task and very recently a man was seen holding a placard that read, “Looking for 2 BHK in Indiranagar” during a recent IPL match held at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.
In yet another instance, a person has shared a tweet where the homeowner refused to rent his cousin the house because he did not get adequate marks in his PUC exams.
Sharing the conversation that took place between his broker and cousin, the Twitter user Shubh wrote, “Marks don’t your future, but it definitely decided whether you get a flat in Bangalore or not.”
The messages reveal that the landowner rejected to rent his premises as Shubh’s cousin because he scored 75% marks in PUC while the owner’s expectation was 90%.
Shubh tweeted, “I can’t believe my cousin brother got denied a rented flat by the owner because he got 75% in 12th grade and the owner was expecting at least 90%.”
