Body of hotelier who jumped into Panchagangavali river found

Kundapura: The dead body of a hotelier who had jumped from Heirkudru bridge on the Panchagangavali river near Kundapura was found on Monday, January 27.
The deceased has been identified as KG Ganesh (49), a resident of Chikkensal Road.
Ganesh had jumped from the bridge yesterday (January 26) in the evening. Search efforts by the fire service were stopped at nightfall after failing to find him.
Ganesha owns a hotel at Mumbai which he leased and moved to Kundapura a few years ago. It is claimed that there was no apparent reason for him to take this lethal step.
