Belagavi: We have communicated our views on the Rajya Sabha ticket to the senior members of the party, and we are dutifully bound to the decision taken by the seniors, District In-charge Minister Ramesh Jarakiholi said.
Speaking to reporters on Friday here, he said that Prabhakar Kore and Ramesh Katti are ticket aspirants. Everyone should be committed to the decision of the high command.
Responding to opposition leader Siddaramaiah’s statement that some dissatisfied BJP MLAs are in contact with him, Jarakiholi said that Siddaramaiah is a tall leader, hence, I don’t talk about him.
Jarakiholi also clarified that senior legislator Umesh Katti has not rebelled against the party. No special meaning should be added to calling the legislators from northern Karnataka for lunch.
