Bengaluru: Karnataka high court on Thursday adjourned its hearing on land denotification case until September 4, 2017 in which former Karnataka State Chief minister, present state BJP president BS Yeddyurappa (BSY) allegedly violated law to denotify Shivarama Karantha layout in the state capital during his tenure as chief minister.
Hearing a petition filed by BSY earlier seeking conciliation of FIR registered against him by state Anti Corruption Bureau, single member bench of the high court asked the investigation team not to arrest former chief minister and maintain present condition until September 4. The hearing was adjourned after both advocates in the case sought time to produce sufficient evidence and proofs.
