BSY-Shah meet: Current political developments, future of Vijayendra discussed

Bengaluru: Former chief minister B S Yediyurappa met Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday, who is on a two-day visit to the state.
As per the sources, BSY is said to have met Shah and discussed issuing the ticket to his son B Y Vijayendra to contest the upcoming Assembly election from the Shikharipura Constituency. BSY is also expected to have discussed his retirement from active politics and several other topics.
Meanwhile, it is learned that Shah has informed BSY not to worry.
