Bengaluru: BJP MLC AH Vishwanath on Thursday, June 17 said that BS Yediyurappa is not in spirit to run the state government as Chief Minister.
Addressing presspersons after meeting BJP national general secretary Arun Singh, Vishwanath said, “Public’s opinion about the BS Yediyurappa led BJP government in Karnataka is negative. It’s not good.”
“Yediyurappa’s age and health is not in good condition, he’s not in spirit to run the government as Chief Minister. Under his guidance, accommodate someone else in that place,” he said.
He further said, “Bad propaganda is happening in the state. Yediyurappa’s son BY Vijayendra and his friends were saying that we are collecting money and it goes to Delhi. I told the Karnataka state president Arun Singh about it too.”
“In Irrigation Department, tender of Rs 20,000 crore is set without clearance or resolution of Irrigation Board,” he alleged.
