Bus driver commits suicide by hanging at Kasargod KSRTC depot

Kasargod: A KSRTC bus driver was found dead hanging in Kasargod KSRTC depot premises on Thursday, December 5 night.
The deceased identified as P V Sukumaran (48), a resident of Pallikere had resumed work after a 20-day leave following his father’s death.
The depot staff who found him hanging rushed him to a nearby hospital but he could not be saved.
It is suspected that Sukumaran took the extreme step because of a deduction in his salary.
