Bus pass renewal of the differentially abled

Udupi/Mangaluru: KSRTC had distributed discounted bus pass to the differentially abled people using which the beneficiary could travel within 100 kms limit from their residence. The distributed bus pass for the year 2018 will expire on De 31st and new passes will be issued for the year 2019.
In order to provide sufficient opportunity for the beneficiaries to renew their bus passes, the passes provided for the year 2018 will be valid till Feb 28th 2019. The bus passes distributed in 2018 will be renewed at their specific taluks. The location and time will be announced in the coming days.
The old bus pass must be compulsorily returned, Rs 660 should be given in cash, 3 PP size photos, original ID provided by the differently abled and senior citizen empowerment department and Aadhar card must be brought.
The last date for the renewal is Feb 28th 2019 and applications coming post the deadline will not be considered, informed the release.
