Byndoor: Five cows stolen

Byndoor: Two cows from the house of Sadeyamma Gowdthy, Mallimane at Kathlehole, Elajit near Byndoor and three cows from the house of Parvati here were stolen by miscreants on Tuesday night. Byndoor police have registered two complaints of thefts in this connection.

Based on credible information that the stolen cows were spotted near the house of Kandlur resident Nadeem in Kundapur, the cops went to the location and brought the cows back to their rightful owners.

The quick work by the police in finding the cows has been appreciated by the public.

The police are on the lookout for the thieves.
