Byndoor: Vidya Gowda selected to serve in BSF

Byndoor: Vidya Gowda, hailing from Byndoor in the Udupi district has been selected to serve in the Border Security Force.
Vidya is a resident of Yalajit village in Byndoor taluk.
She will be reporting for training in the force that guards the Indo-Pakistan border from today, April 1.
Vidya has represented the state at the National level in athletics. She has also won various awards and medals for achievements at Taluk and state level.
