Vijayapura: BJP candidate Ramesh Bhusanur has taken a landslide lead in the by-election to Sindagi assembly constituency. With this, Bhsanur is sure to win the Sindagi seat.
After the 21st round of counting, Ramesh Bhusanoor took an unassailable lead of 30,846 votes over congress’s Ashoka Managuli.
The tally after 21 rounds is as follows: Ramesh Bhusanur (BJP)- 92,581 votes, Ashoka Managuli (Congress)- 61,735 votes, Nazia Angadi (JDS)- 4,248 votes.
