Cameroon national with fake notes arrested

Bengaluru: A Cameroon national with fake currency in the denomination of Rs 2,000 totalling Rs 33.7 lakh has been arrested, police said Saturday
The 35-year old foreigner, identified as Dieudonne Chrispol, has been charged with printing the fake notes on A4 sheets and circulating them here for a living, the police said.
He had bought two colour printers to print the currency, they said.
Chrispol had come here in 2017 on a tourist visa and stayed back despite the expiry of the visa, they said.
