Car hits head-on with BMTC; four dead

Bengaluru: A car had a head-on collision with a BMTC bus on Doddanekundi Road on Wednesday noon.
Due to the collision for persons lost lives on spot.
The deceased have been identified as Levin, 24, Elasamma, 53, Niramala, 51, and Reena, 52, all residents of Doddanekundi. Shreeja, 54, also a resident of Doddanekundi suffered severe injuries, and is being treated at a private hospital in the city.
The police said the car overtook another vehicle from the wrong side and collided head on with an oncoming BMTC Volvo bus on the opposite lane on Doddanekundi Road on Wednesday afternoon around 2.30 p.m.
