Case filed against Oviya Helen for using #GoBackModi in a tweet

Malayalam actress Oviya Helen known for her role in Yash starter, Kirataka has gotten herself in trouble in regards to a tweet.

Recently Helen Nelson aka Oviya tweeted with the #GoBackModi as a move to oppose the Prime Minister’s visit to Tamil Nadu.

PM Narendra Modi had visited Tamil Nadu on February 14, to launch various developmental programmes.

Following her tweet, a BJP advocate has filed a complaint against her.

It is important to note that this isn’t the first time that #GoBackModi is trending in Tamil Nadu. It was among the top trends when the PM had visited Mahabalipuram near Chennai in 2018.
